Design the brokerage workflow first
An MT5 White Label project should begin with the service the brokerage intends to deliver. Define the intended client groups, instrument coverage, account lifecycle and operational roles. Then confirm which functions and interfaces are available through the proposed platform arrangement.
Work backwards from complete client journeys: account request, approval, platform access, transaction workflow and operational reporting. Each journey reveals the applications and counterparties that must be coordinated.
Map the MT5 integration architecture
| Layer | Planning decision |
|---|---|
| Client and account workflow | How approved clients obtain accounts and how operational changes are reflected. |
| CRM and operations | Which system owns client records, account status, reporting and staff permissions. |
| Platform environment | Available functionality, permitted branding and administrative boundaries. |
| External connectivity | Approved counterparties, interfaces and technical owners. |
| Infrastructure | Compute, network placement, access segregation and recovery dependencies. |
Document the direction of each data flow and which application is authoritative for it. An integration is not complete merely because two systems can connect; permissions, reconciliation and failure handling also need acceptance tests.
Build a phased launch plan
- Discovery: agree business workflows, platform access and the applications involved.
- Architecture: define the hosting layers, access model and integration responsibilities.
- Integration: connect the agreed components in a suitable test environment.
- Validation: exercise account changes, permissions, reconciliation and recovery.
- Handover: record the operating runbook, escalation contacts and change process.
Use a launch sequence that follows external dependencies. A provider-controlled approval or a third-party integration can affect the schedule even when hosting is ready. Confirm project timing in the written scope.
Operate beyond the first deployment
Agree who monitors infrastructure, who handles platform questions and who investigates an integration failure. Define the evidence needed during an incident, including timestamps, affected component and a safe description of the failure.
Keep recovery tied to the workflow. Restoring an application before the database or access dependency it needs may not return the service to operation. Broker server planning and infrastructure operations cover that dependency order.
Compare scope before comparing offers
Evaluate platform access, branding, CRM, connectivity, setup work, ongoing support and optional components as separate items. The same headline label can describe very different responsibilities.
Send the intended workflow and current provider relationships through the MT5 project enquiry. For an established MT4-dependent operation, use the MT4 migration approach or the platform comparison.
