Service Terms

General information for infrastructure enquiries and custom proposals. The agreed written offer defines a specific service and its commercial scope.

Enquiries and quotations

Website descriptions explain possible use cases and planning considerations. Specifications, availability, location, delivery timing, pricing and included work require confirmation in a written proposal. An enquiry or messaging-link click is not an order or stock reservation.

Review setup and recurring charges, third-party costs, billing conditions, renewal, cancellation and any applicable refund provisions in the actual offer. Do not infer them from a generic service page.

Service and operational scope

  • Infrastructure: resource allocation or hardware, operating environment, networking and access.
  • Management: installation, patching, monitoring and administrative tasks actually included.
  • Recovery: backup scope, retention, restoration responsibilities and any agreed commitments.
  • Support: contact route, responsibility boundaries and any applicable response arrangements.

Terms may depend on the selected configuration and relevant third-party services. Request clarification of missing items before accepting the proposal.

Software, platforms and business responsibilities

Use software and platform components within their authorized terms. Broker-side platform access, white-label arrangements and integration rights are separate from simply supplying a server.

Infrastructure provision does not itself establish permission to operate a brokerage. The customer remains responsible for confirming the permissions and requirements of the intended business operation with the appropriate parties.

No trading-performance guarantee

Hosting does not guarantee profitability, order fills, strategy behavior or a particular delay to every endpoint. Network results depend on the route and conditions; application behavior also depends on the programs, configuration and broker connection.

Any service-level commitment must be stated in the agreed offer. Review the acceptable-use policy and use the contact page to resolve scope questions.
